You can send us instructions, artwork, electronic files, disks etc in a variety of ways. We also have a driver that does pick up and deliveries for regular customers.

Request a copy of our order form to submit with artwork and files. We must have an order form completed and a picture of the art in order to process your order!

  • FTP: call us to get a username and password so that you can upload files directly to our server. This is the best way to handle large files and you will know when the file is there unlike with email.
  • Drop off: see our contact page for address and directions. We also have an after-hours drop slot next to our front door for envelopes and small packages.
  • Pick up: if you regularly work with us and you are in the southern half of the bay area we can schedule you for on-call or daily pick-up and delivery.

Typical turnaround times:

If your files are truly "ready for output" then most jobs can ship in approximately 24 hours.
If your files need art revisions or corrections, then approval, 48-72 hours is more typical. This depends heavily on the complexity of the artwork involved and the quality of the instructions we are given.
